Aminordin
Bin Omar is a Certified Wealth Mentor, Consultant
and Business DNA Resources Country Representative for Singapore.
Aminordin
pioneered the Business DNA Discovery Process business philosophy in
Singapore to deliver a broader quality life program into the financial
planning and wealth management industry. He is rapidly spearheading its
reach into Malaysia, Indonesia, and other part of Asia and Middle East.
As
a co-founder of Asia’s TOP, he conceptualized the “Transformational
Orientated Programs” (T.O.P) for its first inspirational self
help/business book serial entitled “Asia’s TOP Investment and Franchise
To Make Your First Million.” A single keyword learned from writing the
success stories and formulas of 21 Asian companies is ACTitude. He
defined it as “The attitude that urges you to tap into your stored or
faculties of intelligences for effective decision making, purposefully
using your skills, abilities and/or aptitude in making a difference and
achieving desired outcome for yourself and others.”
Aminordin
was involved in the inception of Certified Consultant Academy and the
maiden launch of Professional Enterprise Award in 2007. As a Certified
Business Coach, he implemented the developmental works under ICAP
(Industry Capability Upgrading – Workforce Productivity Program of
SPRING Singapore) to Singapore Optical Trader Association (SOTA) for
the optical industry.
Aminordin’s DNA Profile is an Initiator, a profile for people who have a strong desire
to lead, create activity and set the pace. An Initiator’s natural
behavior is likely to be speedy, quickly take charge by defining goals
and delegating tasks. With a built-in goal-driven management style, he
is ambitious and will take whatever measures necessary to ensure his
success.
His educational background included a Monetary
Authority of Singapore (MAS) licensed representative, Islamic Banking
and Finance from International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM)
and BBBA from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) with
Marketing Specialization.
