Eamon Porter
QFA FLIA ACII Eamon
Porter is a member of our International Community Development Team. He
is also Business DNA's Country Manager for Ireland, a leading country
in financial services consumer education and compliance.
Eamon
is one of Ireland's leading financial consultants with over 31 years
experience having worked in two leading Irish insurance companies
before starting his advisory career as a stockbroker and then setting
up his own business as an independent financial adviser. Through his
fee based independent wealth mentoring business, Aspire Wealth
Management, Eamon advises on all aspects of specialist financial
planning ranging from investments and retirement programs through to
raising finance, efficient tax planning and protection arrangements. He
is also the creator of the Aspire Wealth Mentoring Program and the
Personal Document Retrieval System.
He
has a long involvement in Irish financial matters having been one of
the inaugural judges for the Moneymate Investment Awards before
representing the Irish Brokers Association (IBA) for several years as a
board member with the life assurance technology company, Assurelink. He
currently sits on the Council of the Irish Brokers Association as well
as serving on the IBA’s Financial Services Committee. Eamon has also
been an examiner for the Life Insurance Association (LIA) examinations
before becoming the editor of the LIA's technical journal "The
Professional". In 2000 he was appointed to the board of directors of
the LIA and in 2004, served as its President.
Eamon's

Both Eamon’s business and family home are based
in the North Dublin town of Malahide and having played water polo for
over 25 years he now focuses on golf, albeit not too well, to meet his
competitive needs.
