Hugh Massie is a DNA Strategic Advisor and successful entrepreneur with 24 years of unique and diverse international experience in human behavior, financial and tax services, and family and business advisory.

Hugh is the President and Founder of DNA Behavior International, which he founded in Sydney in 1999 and is now based in Atlanta GA. Hugh’s unique gift is the design, packaging and delivery of customized behavioral client centered services solutions to transform business and personal performance based on mutual relationships and matching to unique DNA Behavior insights. He also provides independent strategic advice to individuals and families with significant privately held global business interests.

Hugh adopts the business approach of “understanding people before numbers”. His philosophy is “smart behavior leads to the right choices for a Quality Life” He is passionate about liberating, guiding and educating people from around the world of all ages, cultures and levels of position and wealth to reach their maximum potential in life and make the right choices by firstly having a greater understanding of who they are and their life purpose.

Further, Hugh is a leading international speaker on human behavioral solutions for transforming business, financial and personal performance, regularly presenting at leading industry, corporate and not-for-profit events around the world.

He is the author of a book “Financial DNA® – Discovering Your Unique Financial Personality for a Quality Life”, published by John Wiley & Sons.

Hugh worked with Arthur Andersen for 10 years in Sydney, Singapore and Thailand before founding the Coddington Group in March 1996 as a leading provider of financial and business services to families and entrepreneurs. He then founded DNA Behavior International in September 1999 to be a pioneer in behavioral advisory services.

Hugh’s educational and professional background includes a BComm (Accounting and Finance) from UNSW, he is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the US Financial Planning Association, and he has a Diploma in Financial Planning.

Hugh is a member of Entrepreneur’s Organization, a worldwide forum for business founders and is involved in other not-for profit activities related to youth development, including the Cricket Academy of USA .

Hugh’s personal interests are golf, tennis, skiing, cricket, travel, reading and wine tasting.
